Materials
A wide range of relatively inexpensive and available materials that come in different weights and in a wide variety of colors and finishes: metallic, acid free, non wood base, smooth, glossy and matte finish. Paper is a convenient material for processing and has a wide range of uses. It can appear as plain paper or as high-end paper with a special finish or texture. You can print on different types of paper including duplex. Laminating can be done on paper and can be done with a big, perforated, a broken line (dashed lines) and a detailed cut. We use fine Italian paper, especially for clean and high quality laser cutting and digital printing. The laser enhancement of the paper yields a prestigious and impressive result.
Laser cutting of paper
Relatively low energy is needed to cut paper sheets. Therefore it is the ultimate material when detailed lasercutting is required. We specialize in laser cutting of paper (and other thin materials) and the advanced machines we use enable us to manufacture ultra fast and relatively cheap paper products. We can lasercut or laser engrave printed paper when we are looking for colorful paper product with the unique qualities of laser cutting or laser engraving.
Laser technology brings paper applications to the edge and enables the production of a wide range of products. It is possible to cut paper in any desired form, from simple shapes such as cutting round corners on a business card to the extent of lace like cutting used in premium wedding invitations or in creative business cards, original greeting cards or other custom made paper products.
After creating the proper file with a vector graphics/drawing software, we can actually cut any possible shape, including graphics that can not be cut with other technologies. The main constrain to be addressed is the minimum distance between lines of about 1 mm. Over the years, we have accumulated a lot of experience in cutting paper with lasers, and we strongly recommend to consult with us at the file design stage.

Laser engraving on paper
The advanced equipment we use allows us to mark and engrave on paper, however thin, without cutting it. For example, you can mark products, write some text, create fold lines, and expose certain layers of paper to get results of a certain texture or color.
Applications - creating folding lines in paper boxes, creating textures for special papers, stamping letters and text on greeting cards, writing burnable logos on quality office paper, special business cards, greeting cards and more.
